Get'em Done

Although I had some questions I was able to fill out my return in just a few short hours. It was awesome that one of my W2's was downloadable, all I had to do was double check all of the numbers were correct. I cant believe the process was so smooth, If i wasnt sure about something I just typed in my question and the answer popped up; simple as that. I loved using this software.
What's great about it: It was simple, fast, and easy to fill out my return.
What's not so great: I was unsure of exactly where to put all of my deductions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for years. It pays for itself many times over. I used tax CPAs before, and it cost a lot, just to tell me the same information I get from Turbo Tax, which cost a lot less.
I am very happy with Turb Tax. Will use it next year and many more to come.
What's great about it: Easy of usage and the thoroughness of the tax questions.
What's not so great: Still takes a while to load.

Simplicity at its best! Unmatched bargain!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. I've tried two other tax preparation software programs. In my experience, nothing comes close to the ease of use of Turbo Tax! The simplicity of your step by step walk through process and the plain language in which it is presented is unmatched. All a fraction of what a paid tax preparer would cost.
Hours of time saved and maximized results is why I will continue to use this product! Thank you Turbo Tax...

The basics are great. The one flaw was that it kept saying that I didn't have the latest version immediately after updating my software.
What's not so great: e-file did not work!!!!!!!!

What's great about it: Very explanatory - better than past years!
What's not so great: Sometimes did not go back to "where you left off"

The program was very well laid out for those of us that are not familiar with the tax prep process. My husband and i were able to go through together with the limited information that we had and fill out all the appropriate boxes.
What's great about it: Everything was spelled out

I've been using TurboTax since the DOS days and some things never change. It is pretty good in doing my federal taxes but there is minimal help in filling out the state return. Also, it would be great if, for both returns, I could click on a line on the tax form and it would show me how they calculated the entry.
What's great about it: Excellent for doing my federal return.
What's not so great: Poor guidance on the state return.
