So easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, keeps last years info so I don't have to retype it every year
What's not so great: Costs to download and then e-file state

I used Turbo Tax for the first time last year and knew I would use it again. This is so easy that once I had my figures collected it only took me 3 hours to finish.
What's great about it: as simple as answering questions

I have used turbo tax for over 10 years now to complete my taxes, and optimize the most from my deductions. Turbo tax makes preparation simple and easy...from business deductions, mortgages and losses to simple short form preparation, Turbo Tax is and always will be my choice!

Filed my returns over a month and a half ago. Today I decided to check my refund status to learn that a simple error had been submitted and my return had been rejected. I do not recall being notified of this by TurboTax and there was NO alert during my filing (when turbo tax is supposedly checking for errors). I am very displeased that this was not caught and corrected before now. DO BETTER.

Disappointed this year

I still cannot save and export date from one computer to another using Tubotax.
Also t8ExtPex.dll was flagged by my Virus program as a virus and was removed during the year. I could not copy last years information for use this year. Running Vista.

Great for First Timer!

The step-by-step option and amazing detailed description were great! This was the first time filing my own taxes and Turbo Tax made it a lot less painful!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
