Since I do my family's taxes I appreciate having 5 Federal e-files with the Deluxe but I wish it had a state e-file too.
What's great about it: Calulates everything for me
What's not so great: Takes some knowledge of forms to get all the right information in

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and each year the process is easy, stress free and all the areas are covered and leaves nothing to be forgotten.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step thorough examination
What's not so great: There wasn't anything I disliked

I enjoy not having to do all the arithmetic. Also, not having to type our or write out the return.
What's great about it: Can work on it over time and get back to where I was easily

Beyond Expectations

Almost everything is simpler and easier to do. Especially after the first year. It becomes almost addictive to use Turbo Tax each year.
What's great about it: Keeps profile.income sources, charities, medical info, etc from previous years saving loads of researching data.
What's not so great: Combining simple annuities with 401k/IRA and required withdrawals were confusing.

Go Wolfpack and Turbo Tax!

The first agent was so friendly and helped me all that he could, but he transferred me when we could not solve a problem about the Bailey Law in NC. The second agent was very knowledgeable and knew what this law was and reduced my NC taxes from owing over $600 to a $225 refund!
What's great about it: On hold for brief period
What's not so great: Not your fault, but taxes take a long time!

Easy use

I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade now and I love it more than ever as not only I learn from it, I also know what I am supposed to collect during the year as expenses, and documents to be prepare for next year taxes.
What's great about it: Understandable
What's not so great: Too many options
