TurboTax Deluxe with State, better than ever!

I've been using TurboTax for yrs now. It has gotten better every year. I've never been audited since I started using it. I feel very confident when I press submit that my returns, both Federal and State are accurate and complete.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use, quick answers for any questions I had about "what does this mean". Even better than last year.
What's not so great: None from the software side, my computer crashed and lost last yrs taxes but rebuilding went well.

This year's TurboTax was seamlessly easy to use. It followed a logical sequence of entries and deductions. I've always had good results with your product, but there are usually a couple of areas that confuse me initially.

I've used TurboTax for some eight years now. While my tax situations have been pretty simple, I have always enjoyed the experience. And so far (knock on wood) no audits.
What's great about it: Easy to input. Works flawlessly.
What's not so great: Nothing significant

Fast and Accurate

Turbo Tax is the best program out there for doing taxes. It is quick accurate and easy to use.
What's great about it: Your prgram is the best! It is because of TT that I can do my taxes myself. Thanks
What's not so great: It is sometimes hard to find the specific part of the tax form or TT program that I need.

Good job Turbo Tax, keep up the good work of helping people like me get their taxes done!
What's great about it: Super easy, takes you through everything. Like having your own personal tax expert there.
What's not so great: None, except my return this year was far less than last year.

Helps Make a Tedious Task a Little Easier

I've used TurboTax for years, all but the one year when our home was involved in flooding and my situation was overly complicated. I've always had confidence that the program was helping me to get the best refund possible or, in a couple of years when I owed a balance, that it was accurate. Much prefer doing taxes myself with the help of TurboTax rather than paying more to a CPA.
What's great about it: Confidence that my taxes are done correctly
