Wouldn't let me e-file

Good system, but got me into a endless circle when I tried to e-file. It said I needed an update first, but when I followed instructions for the update, it said there were none.... I finally had to mail my return in to the IRS. Need to fix this!
What's great about it: Good system - use it every year
What's not so great: Wouldn't let me e-file -said there was an update I needed first, but when I tried to update it said there were none! I

It did the Job

Took several attempts to get it to install it on my mac. Opened once and then crashed every time I tried to open it. Had a copy of Windows on my mac, and ran the program using Windows. Seemed to work ok.

What I do not like with Turbo tax 2013

I had to go thru so many more steps to print files to send by mail...... PDF is nice in some ways, but....... A pain in the but when you do not have Adobe acrobat

Really fast

Is a very good and fast product. i will continue to use it year after year
What's great about it: It was fast and imported stuff from last year
What's not so great: Had to decline each deduction that i did not take last year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thank you for your prompt response on the mistake on one number on one of my dependents SSN, you did it in less than 12 hours!!
What's great about it: quick response on out come errors

The next best thing Turbo Tax might do is record your voice so it will type the information for the user. In any event Turbo Tax is a breeze, extremely user friendly and I will continue to use it each year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gets easier and easier each year
