Simplified and streamlined to reduce suffering

Turbo tax helps make a complicated endeavor manageable. The step by step guidance and helpful explanations give me confidence that the forms are filled out right. Anyone can handle their own taxes with turbo tax leading the way!
What's great about it: The software led me along and provided explanations if I clicked on them.
What's not so great: Fees, additional fees and more fees. Why can't the whole process be charged up front?

Awesome tax help!

Have been using TurboTax for 20 +yrs and love it! It will pull all of your data from previous forms, provided you used them last time, and fill in all the boxes. It also tracks and knows when certain situations may have changed; such as a child who just became college age. The error check is a God-send too! Can't say enough about TT!
What's great about it: Easy and very user-friendly
What's not so great: Had one error when transmitting taxes, but a reboot took care of it.

Gets easier each year

Highly recommended.
What's great about it: I had a different set of circumstances this year, but it guided me through very easily
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

It would be helpful if the TurboTax program would allow one to copy and/or print individual pages of the step-by-step process as one proceeds through it.

still a good product

What's great about it: saves automatically.
