Need for directions

I have been using Turbotax for many years but still have problems in using it. There are no general directions on how the program works and the best way to use it. I have had trouble using importing because some imports get duplicated and others interpret Quicken differently from my own program. A guide to using the program with a list of records needed before starting would be a great help.
What's great about it: all computations done!
What's not so great: Imports from Quicken and statements misleading and sometimes duplicated.

My 2013 TurboTax review

Easy to use, I'm confident in what I get. Reasonably straightforward, clear pathways, understandable instructions, fair guidance for doing taxes, Not easy to utilize to find answers or guidance for "non-standard" or seldom needed inputs, items or issues. Have some difficulty with the HELP function as this does not provide the kind or type or some times clarity that I am looking for and questioning. READY FOR TAX SIMPLIFICATION!
What's great about it: Good and effective method for doing individual taxes. Have used TurboTax for more than 10 yrs. Will use again
What's not so great: Help is not that helpful! Need to know the answer to sometimes ask the question...not what I want.

Overall Great - Just an issue with saving .tax2013

Overall this is a good application that helps the not so savvy tax people out in the world. We were a bit nervous because this year we had an online etsy account and received 1099K forms, but once we got to the schedule C things became clear what to enter. So I would recommend it.
The only con I experienced was when I went to save the file, I kept getting a 543 error. The online help said it was probably because of a remote network disc that is no longer available or I was saving to a corrupt disk, neither of which was the case but although I got the error the file did still seem to save okay. Hopefully it's resolved for the 2014 version.

What's great about it: Very helpful software that guides you through the process
What's not so great: I kept getting an error when saving the document.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Difficult for Filing K-1s

I give turbo tax a B. I have been using turbo tax for about 10 years and generally like the program. My only dissatisfaction is that it is not designed to completely handle K-1s issued by Master Limited Partnerships.
What's great about it: Handles most common tax situations easily.
What's not so great: Does not completely handle K-1s.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using turbo tax for years, might be easier if you had an update each year rather than the whole thing.

This is getting easier each year. It captures my historical data so I can concentrate on updating the sections that were used last year and not stress on the many fields that are not relevant.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax remembers my history
What's not so great: Setting up each of my charitable donations takes time
