Difficut to "jump" to work sheets

In deciding to modify my entry data I find it tedious and difficult to get to the work sheet I need to modify. I also find that "following the path" -- certain yes/no answers had to be re-entered. I would suggest a jump button that would allow me to go "directly" to the area involved, instead of going to the start of a section.

Easy to use

Overall Turbo Tax is the best way to go. Your actually learn as you go and see what the governments are doing with your money.
What's great about it: Easy to input imformation
What's not so great: The software is a bit expensive to me

Long Time Turbo Tax User

2013 Turbo Tax is much improved for user friendliness and program speed. Use of the program overall is easier and more comfortable with a much improved “help” link that provided easy to understand examples and explanations, especially from other users.
My only frustration was with the use of “It’s Deductible” as I was unable to access this feature. I have used It’s Deductible for years with great success and satisfaction. This year I was unable to access the program even though I established new passwords several times. I found it very frustrating to enter a new password, confirm that password, have the program acknowledge the password change, then not be able to log on the next screen with the newly acknowledged password. This needs to be fixed as It’s Deductible is a great program and a big help in recording contributions, then downloading the dada into Turbo Tax.
The Turbo Tax product is an excellent tool for most of us as we file our taxes. I have used it since it came onto the market in the 1980’s and have had no issues with the software, program or the computed reports. My state and federal taxes have always been accepted without challenge.

once thru the return it became hard to follow. I never was able to print copies of my return. may have to change to new tax program.

All in all, I enjoy using Turbo Tax. Sure beats paying the CPA around the corner.

What's great about it: Liked being able to enter the entire amount of a deduction, ie: 20.99. not 21.00
