Easy to use, dummy proof program. If you have more basic returns, (one employer, don't run your own business, simple roth and 401k investments) this is for you.
What's great about it: Easy, cheap, e-file, no paperwork
What's not so great: No "pro" helping you, if that bothers you

You used to do an analysis of one's return against all returns filed nationally in terms of expenses, incomes, & deductions. I wish you offer that analysis again.

Alls Good & Done, Again another successful Tax yr.

i was hung up for sometime with online filing . I was usually downloading and was lost for a couple of weeks. Until I located my code to download.
After that I was able to get my returns complete in 1 day.
I have been using turbotax for several years. And I have always felt good about my returns.
I will never understand why the IRS doesn't allow you to claim your 18yoa child as a dependent in some cases, especially now that they are 19 and in college.

What's great about it: affordable
What's not so great: I got side tracked from online purchase ,instead of downloading
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Super Easy/Fast!

My taxes are always simple enough to do, so using Turbo Tax is great. If I had special circumstances with receipts and self tracked expenses can be a hassle.
What's great about it: Self Explanatory. Lots of extra deduction tips.
What's not so great: Too many options can be overwhelming

First-Time User, So Simple!

This was our first time using the program ourselves, our parents use it and love it! Being first time independent tax filers can be intimidating, but Turbo Tax takes the hassle out and makes it easy to understand with the step by step instructions! We will definitely be using this every year from now on! Great program and so worth the money.

What's not so great: Initial issues with filing state taxes
