Long time user.

I have used Turbo Tax since I was 14 years old with my first job. My mom liked it and so did I so I have been using it for 23 years now. I believe that I will not use another program.
What's great about it: This program is so E.Z that my 12 year old brother could do taxes. I am very happy with Turbo Tax and the price is grate
What's not so great: Can not find any.

Very Satisfied With Product

I have used Turbo Tax products for many years and I am very pleased with Turbo Tax Deluxe 2013. It is very easy to use and the explanations were easy to follow. I am completely satisfied that I saved the most money and received a larger tax refund as a result of using this product. I will be recommending this product to my family and friends as they complete their own income tax filings this year. Thank you for an excellent product as always.

DEAD NUTS ON TARGET!

THIS IS MY 8th YEAR USING TURBO-TAX...This is as complete and plain language assistance filing program as I have ever used to date! The New & Revised processes within the 2013 edition is superior to past years...(and they were excellent)

What's great about it: STRAIGHT FORWARD, CLEAR-EASY TO FOLLOW PROCESS
What's not so great: I didn't get my (1) free State filing...I will get it resolved with TURBO-TAX

I had some unusual stuff this year, and Turbo Tax directly addressed my situation and made it very easy to wade through the process. I'm very happy!

Great program

Turbo tax made it so easy to do even difficult taxes, They go over every possible thing that can get you more money. I use this program every year. Great
What's great about it: Everythings as easy as reading and clicking
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
