Couldn't Be Easier!

It couldn't be easier to follow the very specific, concise step-by-step instructions. I love it! I'll never use anything else. I am 100% confident that my return is correct and there will never be any problems with it.

The step by step instructions allow anyone to get the MAXIMUM refund they deserve. No lie! I couldn't believe how big my refund was. I'm a nurse. I don't know anything about doing my taxes but TurboTax made it easy. Way, way, way better than H&R Block- they said that I owed money and penalties- can you believe it?
What's great about it: excellent for anyone who is not a CPA
What's not so great: couldn't find explanation of "basis" as it applies to charitable donations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

What's great about it: easy to do at home
What's not so great: no easy way to enter milage and hours donated for tutoring at the Family Literacy Center

Dare I say that this program makes filing your tax returns ALMOST fun.
What's great about it: It's easy to understand. Fast to complete.
What's not so great: none. Absolutely NONE!

Great Job Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbo Tax in previous years and have always been satisfied with the results. Last year, I had to use a CPA due to the short sale of a home, but I'm back to Turbo Tax and it's better than ever! Keep up the good work and thanks for making such a great product!!
What's great about it: easy to use, thorough, well thought out, helpful and detailed!
What's not so great: I could not find any issues with the software

Turbotax gets easier to use every year. It is very complete and really like the review for errors and audit chances at the end.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very complete, great review of tax forms.

Charity miles driven

I never saw where I could post for mileage for charity contributions. I had clocked over 1800 miles for charities and was not able to declare them (1800 miles @ .14/mile = $252.
This is an additional $252 that should have been added to my charitable contributions. I tried many times to determine where I should or could provide the information but the program dis not show me clearly how to do so.

We need a flat tax

Could not put the foreign tax credit information in. It would only accept one country.
What's great about it: Cost less than my Accountant
What's not so great: Foreign tax credit Form did not work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
