Easy Refund

Very intuitive. Everything made sense. Step-by-step instructions and it went smoothly.
What's great about it: Step-for-step easy, no problems. Understood everything.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am ANNUALLY thankful for TURBOTAX. I am happy that I do not have to painstakingly wait for the tax assistant to call my name to sit and wait for my taxes to be finished. I also appreciate that I can take the time to research my past files to find the data I did not know I needed. I above all find it less stressful to do my taxes, as my time allows, without the hassle of a tax assistant giving me the "Lets Go, I have other things to do" attitude. I am just happy that I can get this yearly hassle done on my time and without carrying a suitcase of records outside my home.
What's great about it: Gave me ideas of what I need to have and I did not.
What's not so great: Do not have any negetive opinions.

A truly great product!

This is a great piece of softrware that is very easy to use. It allows you to try different scenarios, for effective tax planning. It also gives you constant reminders and hints as you proceed, to be sure that you end up paying the smallest legal amount of tax possible. It is the best that I have found and I will be sticking with it from year to year.

What's not so great: None noted

Thorough job of hand holding through the whole tax process. Does a good job of covering all the steps in preparing returns. I appreciate the direct downloads of reporting forms from financial institutions. Keep adding more import sources.
Would like to see a more explicit explanation of how IRA's are being handled (8606 forms.)
