Better than H&R Block

I have been a TurboTax customer for many years. But, last year I received a free copy of H&R Block's tax program from H&R Block.
I switched back to TurboTax this year because it did my Trust income better and also my state return. I think that H&R Block cost me hundreds of dollars in taxes because it could not accept the necessary data.
My tax work want so much better this year. I will stay with TurboTax from now on.
What's great about it: ease of use, completeness,
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

was very good and fast on the turbo tax side slowed me down was I didn't have all my information togather but next I will keep up with my paid out a whole lot better

Success as expected

Turbo Tax has been reliable for me for many years. I'm quite trusting of the results. I have started using "ItsDeductible Online" and was a bit curious about the variations in requirements between it and the TurboTax entries, so that's work in progress.
I scheduled a payment to my State taxes so it would happen after I got my Federal refund, which came back to me within two weeks in a March submission. I received a bill from the Franchise Tax Board in advance of my scheduled March 15 payment. I'm watching my bank account today to see when it's debited to my account. There is an additional fee to pay, so I'lll be paying the balance after the main payment is made.
What's great about it: Usual reliability is still intact
What's not so great: Having difficulty monitoring my scheduled State payment.

I like the Delux version. It is reasonably priced and does a great job. I have never had any inquires from IRS.
What's great about it: Very complete.
What's not so great: Not quick for a simple return.

Easy Again

Had the usual good experience that keeps me coming back year after year. Product is reasonably priced and allows me to review all details prior to filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use and tracks year over year.
What's not so great: Help can be awkward at times, but mostly good.

We have used TurboTax since a year or two before it was acquired by Intuit.
TT has evolved nicely. The Guided approach works well for those just starting out; the "I'll choose what to work on" option also works well for those who are more familiar with the program. The print options are extensive, the save to PDF is a nice feature. The review for Federal and State is helpful; the program catches even the smallest item, like a check-box, and lets you fix it. It's easy to move back and forth from the Step-by-Step view to the View specific forms view, and it remembers where you were. The program always ensures you Save your work and you re-start where you left off. We e-filed at 1:26 pm and had a sent-confirming email in 6 minutes; the past couple of years the "accepted" emails for state and federal were received within the 48-hour time-frame as promised.
Overall, a good and trusted product.

One example of a worksheet I'd like to change but can't find is the is the calculation for the quarterly 2014 1040-ES/V estimated tax payments. I can't find it when I go back and look.
What's great about it: Easy to use when I have all the information at hand.
What's not so great: I find it difficult to go back and change some information afer I've moved to the next section.

Good with federal. State??

Problem with state was e-filing was not an option due to non residents. Due to this turbo tax is not very clear about how to print and file the state returns by mail. However once you complete the entire process for federal and print a copy for your records an instruction sheet will print for state filing with the package. ( A little late in the program in my opinion). Everything is there in the final print but be sure to print two copies. One to mail to the state and one for your records.
What's great about it: Very easy to go through the step by step process. Federal and State
What's not so great: A little difficult with state when e-filing is not an option
