Turbo tax not as easy to use this year as in years

I don't where to start. In past years using Turbo Tax has been much easier. There are to many places when you click next and information you expected is not there. You have to go thru another set of confusing questions to get where you want to go. When we had a question and went to the Help Section and asked a question, we never got an answer. When we reviewed our return an Estate account that we set up as a one time deal several years ago, is showing on our tax return and we could not find out how to remove it although there were no figures listed.

I've been using TurboTax for 14 years. It's been a consistently good product and easy to use due to the auto-import of last years data and easy to use interview process.
What's great about it: easy to navigate and enter information

A Walk in the Park

Filing taxes are very stressful, not because of paying taxes, but because the forms are so cumbersome. Wouldn't it be nice if the Federal Government could streamline the process. I once heard President Obama say on the campaign trail that he was going to do away with filing for persons making under $50,000. If he followed through I would have sent him a thank you note.
What's great about it: The easy steps that walked me through the process
What's not so great: Don't know how to use the tabs at top and lose my place

TurboTax crashed a few times

2013 Return

This was the first time ever that I did not have an error in the software that required I manually go into the forms to correct something. Outstanding.
What's great about it: None of the previous form bugs.
