Way quick and Easy!

Fantastic program. Used it for years. Always easy to understand and use. Explains every step and option. I have never had to hunt beyond the program to find answers to my question nor have I ever had a problem using the software.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Gets easier every year

I have use turbo tax for years and every year the program is improved and very user friendly.
What's great about it: Tital Says it all, Turbotax makes taxes painless
What's not so great: None that I cna think off
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you take the time to gather all the information you'll need, it's easy to just enter it on the appropriate line. Answer the questions to find more deductions, and you're good to go!

Very Happy, Very Easy

I was very pleased by the ease of use. TurboTax asked the appropriate questions and got me the maximum refund. I proofed my refund against other programs and this gave me the largest and was the simplest to follow.
What's great about it: Got a great return and it was extremely easy!

Easiest way to file your taxes. Period!

I would highly recommend TurboTax. It stores your information each year so it makes the next year even faster and easier to file. It walks you step by step through the process. If something in your life changes, it makes it really simple to add it. I like being able to compare this year to last year's return. I also enjoy being able to sit in my recliner while watching tv and filing my taxes at the same time. Couldn't get any easier.
The only downside I see is the higher cost to eFile the State taxes. Other sites/softwares charge almost half the cost.

Overall I would say TurboTax deserves a 4 out of 5 stars.
What's great about it: So easy, anyone can do it
What's not so great: Filing fee for State taxes is higher than other sites/software
