A long time user

Have been a user (except one year) since the days of Parsons; have always found Turbo Tax to be the way to go. Quite clear and easy to use; nice to have the federal and state tax yoked in the process; will definitely be back next year!
What's great about it: ease of use and clarity of info

Had one ugly problem. Somehow Turbo tax created an extra K-1 with no information in it. It wouldn't let me efile because there were no entries in the mysterious K-1. TT kept insisting for a name for this K-1. It was very difficult to figure out how to delete this bogus K-1 and continue to efile.
What's great about it: familiar format
What's not so great: unable to easily select a particular form and print it

Getting Better Every Year!

Each year the tax software gets easier to use and navigate through. Like that I can check the forms as I am navigating through the return. Finally figured out how to delete a form that was carried over from previous returns that wasn't needed anymore. Thanks Turbotax for making life a little easier!!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, great guide me or explore on own options.
What's not so great: Worksheets that are not applicable to the current tax year transfer.

What's not so great: lots of marketing upgrades in the return - keep them out of actual program

Wonderful Product

I fell very confident using this product.
I like the way that remembers last tax return and loads it on new return.
Always seems to direct you in the right direction, very intuitive.
The program has great checks and balances that reassures you.
Using this product for many years and highly recommend it.,

What's great about it: Well designed product.. very intuitive
What's not so great: Should e-file at least 1 state for free as well. Cost enough for product.
