Sometimes during the filling of the federal tax form, I get mildly annoyed because TurboTax asks questions to which just a few screens ago, all the answers are already there.

Exceptional and Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax every year for a very long time and have found that it is the easiest program to use. It walks you through each and every step and finds every possible deduction. There were deductions that I didn't even think of that it caught.
I also like that it checks your return for audit triggers and lets you know if you have any or not.
I have recommended Turbo Tax to all my friends and acquaintances for years and will continue to do so!
What's great about it: Very easy to use! Helpfull, a no brainer
What's not so great: None that I could see

They'll Help Get Out of Trouble

Turbo Tax is easy to use and I am very satisfied with the process of making out the tax forms and submitting the return. The hints are always helpful and the process is straightforward.
Also, when you make a really big mistake (and this year, I did), there is a real person at the end of the telephone line to help you get back on track.

Turbo Tax is the best.

Turbo Tax continues to be the best. If taxes didn't have to be filed, or if ALL the data magically appeared with no effort on my or my father's part, could it be any easier.
What's great about it: Follow directions and it is easy.
What's not so great: It has to be done.

Some Issues with Defaults

Several questions with yes no answers were changed when we opened our return to verify before sending. Had to change them back and hope that the final return is correct
What's great about it: All around good product
What's not so great: Mysteriously changed some responses
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to do

I like using Turbo Tax - it's easy to use and the one time I did take advantage of using a second review of the tax return (several years ago), the individual who assisted me was patient, informative and helped me get through what could have been a complicated mess. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who does their own taxes. I have use "the other guy's" program and like Turbo Tax better.
