Turbo Tax 2014

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, at least 15. I have a fairly easy return but like to work into details especially as the laws change. Turbo Tax does a great job importing previous year's information and guiding me through the new tax year's entries. The fact that it does not have all of my Financial Institution's downloads is not Turbo Tax's fault, but it can be a bit of a pain to load all the information by hand each year. Maybe that is an indication how much this excellent program has spoiled me.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and Thoroughness
What's not so great: Not all Financial Institutions Download

Requires almost no experience in doing your income taxes. Just some common sense and all your documents.
What's great about it: Simple Process with a little knowledge of the very basics

My sister recommended Turbotax to me years ago, she was an auditor for 30+ years, so I listen to her when it comes to money. Be sure you update to be sure the program is at its best.

20 Years of Turbotax and Still Going

Time tells the story. I've been using TT for 20 years and it's never let me down. 1040, Sched Cs, Itemization, Annuity, Special Allowances, and now kids in college, and it still comes through
