TURBO TAX FOR YEARS

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS. INITIALLY, AS AN ACCOUNTANT, I DID MY TAXES BY HAND... THE LONG WAY... ONCE I STARTED WITH THIS PRODUCT YEARS AGO I VOWED I WOULD NEVER PREPARE MY TAXES DIFFERENTLY. I AM VERY SATSIFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE FOR THE FORSEABLE FUTURE. THANK YOU SO MUCH
What's great about it: VERY COMPREHENSIVE. WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING
What's not so great: NO CONS AT ALL VERY SATSIFIED
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Maybe highlight the sections conpleted in different color than the sections not completed. It would be easy to know where you left off.
What's great about it: Great checklist of items needed for each section
What's not so great: I found it hard to know where I left off when I was reviewing the summary

Worst time with Turbo Tax Ever

Very disappointed and frustrated doing taxes this year. The navigation seemed the worst ever. Many areas trap you and you can't back up. After entering donations, it kept telling me I haven't entered anything yet. Often it would stop and tell me I should upgrade. If I said no thanks, then it would do nothing. I've already made a note to myself for next year to not use Turbo Tax. Not worth the cost or the frustration, even if you get a refund. H&R Block or any other software can do that. Maybe it's time for me to go back to them. The advice area this year was terrible. I got better advice using Google than the Turbo Tax software I paid for.
What's great about it: Got a refund
What's not so great: Many screens don't let you go back, terrible navigation, kept prompting for upgrades, Advice lacking in substance

mistakes in interest and wages

you picked information that I never submitted. 17000 in interest is ridiculous and you noted my wages when I am retired. should have been zero.

Good tool, however I did not like the state tax section as it does not allow you to just enter what you received from that state since I do not live in that state.

I have been with Turbo Tax many years, (over 14) and find that your product improves every year. Keep on improving and I will stay with you.
What's great about it: Great help on K-1 Form and supplementals
What's not so great: Sometimes we need to scroll down to "go back" or "continue"
