Very easy to navigate through
What's great about it: simple, fast, cheap
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For the most part - TurboTax is quick and easy. There are some parts that I wish would give a bit more explanation, but for the cost - is it a good investment and it works well for my tax situation - married, one child, own a home.
What's great about it: Fast

I was unable to e-file. Message said "update was available for software" and that I should download before I could e-file." I checked to see if updates were available and it said that no updates were available. I tried several times to e-file, and got the same message. This was disappointing. I had to file by paper return.

Turbo Tax was very easy to download, install and easy to use. It is very user friendly and explains step by step what everything means. This is the first year I've done my own taxes and I must say I was very impressed with Turbo Tax Deluxe. I like the way it saves the returns so that the next time you come back it picks up right where you left off. I would highly recommend Turbo Tax Deluxe to novices.

There is a bug in the software for many state returns where it miscalculates IRA rollovers and taxes them. If I didn't know any better and just trusted the software I would have overpaid $700 in state taxes. Total fail Turbo tax! I had to file manually. Next year, I will not be purchasing the software.
What's great about it: worked fine for federal return
What's not so great: bug in software miscalculates state return - could not use for state return
