I like how user freindly the software is. I also like the tool that checks your return at the end and rates your probability of an audit.
What's great about it: Ease of use

There is no way any tax preparation individual will cover as many details and understand or know as much of the tax laws as this software. You have everything you need with all the laws. If you have your receipts and information in order, you are set.
What's great about it: Everything.. easy, in depth review, quick, aware of latest laws, great tips and guides
What's not so great: nothing so far, going strong for the last 5 years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Every year I came across more and more areas that had to be fixed this time in 10 years nothing all correct. No problems, however my taxes are now not so complicated I don't own a house anymore thank god like a rope around your neck and I have paid all my car taxes and such forth.
Well done me!!!

Like the program but not being able to hit the print button and actually have it print out to my printer was annoying to say the least. In previous versions you could I would like to see that come back.
What's not so great: Cannot print directly from the program. Have to save as pdf then open file and print from there.

I love turbo tax. It is the best way to file a return and the layout of the program is simple and easy to navigate.
