Caution using Online Version

I started out with the online version thinking it would save this senior citizen a trip to the store. However I was unable to print out worksheets to be able to check and make sure i didn't enter something wrong. I ended up calling customer service who refunded my money and sent me the downloaded version. It was a good thing I did as I had forgotten to put in a correct code and it would have cost me over $1700.
What's great about it: Easy to fill in. Friendly customer service refunded my money and sent me the computer download.
What's not so great: could not print out worksheets to review and check for user errors.

Never Easier and Bigger Refund!

I've relied on Turbo Tax for many years, and I use a Mac! Never have any problems as I have in the past with other programs. Quick and Easy.
What's great about it: easy to understand, no jargon
What's not so great: that kind of falls apart at the state level
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As long as I can use computer to file taxes I'll use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Ease with which to be guided through forms. Simply YES and NO
What's not so great: Sometimes explanations are are too vague or incomprehensible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It took me over a half hour to find where to enter a vacation property sale.
What's great about it: Easy interaction with the software
What's not so great: Researching unfamiliar activities

Appreciate Ease, Accuracy, No-Hassle Of TurboTax!!

Have used TurboTax for 20+ years... always more than pleased with its accuracy, ease of use, the addtl help provided by1-click descriptions of taxes, forms, situations, etc., built into the software, assessing audit risk and the ease of electronic filing and confirmation status.
NO ONE likes tax time (unless you're an accounting professional!) - TurboTax makes it easier for those of us who aren't. TYVM, TurboTax!

So simple!

This could not have been easier to use and I loved that I was able to view and walk through all options, even if they all didn't apply to me. I have used another online service for many years but decided to give TurboTax a try this year and I'm very glad I did. Done in less than 2 hours - thanks!
What's great about it: Easy for laymen to use
What's not so great: Need to comfortable with tech solutions
