First year I've had problems

Overall great, however, I spent 10 minutes forcing TT to not refund and apply the overage to next year. It also never prompted me for sales tax, I had to force that to calc as well.
What's great about it: Very easy and great product
What's not so great: Some of the no brainer stuff didn't work well this year

No Guesswork

We used to do our taxes all on our own, then started using TurboTax about 4 years ago. Our lives got a bit more complicated last year and we were dreading Tax Season, but as usual, TurboTax made it less of an ordeal. Thanks!
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and proofread your work!
What's not so great: None I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Excellent product

Have used TurboTax for about 10 yrs now. Easy to install and use. Very thorough information, explanations, and examples covering all sorts of tax questions and issues. I'll continue using it in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and very detailed, comprehensive help

Good FEDERAL - Not So Good STATE

I like Deluxe Turbo, use it every year. Unfortunately, cannot compare with other TurboTax versions and with other available programs - did not use them - but Deluxe is good for me.
Sometimes, there isn't enough help-explanations. For example, Capital Gain gives five different options to choose when dealing with State return, and it's not clear what to choose.

Also, CA state program has very poor navigation - unlike Federal. And electronic filing is too expensive- should cost $5.
What's great about it: Convenience
What's not so great: State California - poor navigation and expensive electronic filing.

IMPROVEMENTS

Even thought there are several things I would like to see modified or enhanced I still love this software I have been using it since 1998 and I can't think of a better software to use. I did try the H&R Block software one year and found it flawed. Needless to say I am and will continue to be a loyal TurboTax user.
What's great about it: Love the fact the software walks you through the tax process with questions and the ease of use.
What's not so great: You have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to get to the next section of questions.
