Pleasantly Consistent

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 7 years and it NEVER DISAPPOINTS! I TurboTax relieves the anxiety that comes with preparing your own tax returns...AND it makes you more confident in what you file.
What's great about it: Guides you through the process; compares prior to current year; finds errors and omissions
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When comparing completed taxes and forms to the easy Q & A process TT walks you through for data entry and completing taxes, it clearly simplifies a very complex process.
What's great about it: walks through all aspects
What's not so great: many questions/areas don't apply to average folks

Printing instructions not clear

will not print just return or forms that I want to print. Much more difficult than prior years. Also too many worksheets included in printing.

Easy as can be

I have a very small business and this program saves me a great deal of money verses going to a traditional tax preparer. I especially like the fact that this program transfers my information each year. The four year comparison lets me see how I am doing financially.
What's great about it: All you have to do is read the questions
What's not so great: The smaller screen size

Please check quality product next year this was a true mess :(
What's great about it: every year I can always depend on Turbo Tax until now
What's not so great: printed in script un readable and date was wrong and checked for updates after I was finished and ready to file~

Why did I buy Turbo Tax? It is horrible. On top of added charges for state and e-file. The program will not let me e-file.
