Have been using TurboTax for many years and see no reason to consider other options. Very comfortable with the product and have had very good experiences with it. The only thing that I don't like so much is the entry of charitable deductions, one at a time. I wish there was a way upload the information from an Excel template file.
What's great about it: Fast, easy for most items
What's not so great: Entering charitable deductions is slow

I have used Turbo Tax products in the past and always found them easy to use. They prove intuitive questions that are easy to answer and it complete the rest of the work for you. I would use this product again.
What's great about it: Very Fast, Took no time at all. Easy questions to answer
What's not so great: Nothing that I found that I didn't like

No stress here!!

For the first time in years I was able to complete my taxes in a timely manner (about an hour) without getting stressed out or not understanding exactly what I needed to do. I am so happy about that.
What's great about it: Walk throughs made this so simple to complete
What's not so great: I have nothing negative to say about my experience with turbo tax 2013
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

i haven't been able to figure out how to get Turbotax to start with last year's donations, or to import them from my Quicken. So i spend a lot of time entering dozens of donations individually.
The rest of Turbotax is great for showing me this year/last year, and starting with previous year assumptions.
What's great about it: thoroughness and explanations

I have used turbo tax for years and depend upon it for this annual chore. Even though my taxes are simple, it's still worth the money to have all forms and calculations made for me. the e-file saves postage also. It's also nice to have on computer to review for the following year taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use. covers all bases
What's not so great: The continue buttons always had to be scrolled down to instead of appearing on the screen--even for simple one question.

Great job Turbo tax

I use Turbo Tax every year. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get their taxes done right and wants to get their maximum refund without paying the ridiculously high prices tax preparation companies are asking for. Turbo tax is inexpensive and walks you through the whole tax preparation process making tax preparation easy. I highly recommend it to all my family and friends. I tell them all the time, "When it comes to tax preparation, Turbo Tax is the best decision you will make. Its the only way to go." I love Turbo tax and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Excellent software. It made doing my taxes very easy.
What's not so great: Software stopped midway to update and acquire new tax forms. Afterwards it deleted my info. I had to start afresh.

e-file my Fed return or answers re State

Instructions are complicated, How about a person ask. In most cases all that was needed was a YES or NO answer instead of going over and over the same info again and again
What's great about it: none...agrivating
What's not so great: cannot e-file Fed return or confirm my NY State return was filed
