So, so, so EASY! Love TT!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I own a home and have investment accounts. Directions are simple with lots of help along the way. I am always confident when I hit the "Transmit Return" button that my return was prepared correctly and that I will receive the largest refund possible with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Simple to use, with lots of help along the way. Prepared my return over a cup of coffee, my puppy in my lap!
What's not so great: Honestly, no "cons" for me!

Easy Returns!

Everything I had to enter was available by download W2s, 1099 XXX - very fast very smooth
What's great about it: Everything downloaded
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax - you rock!

I've used Turbotax for at least 10 years now. It's so simple to use, and covers every situation that I've had come up. This year, while we don't have a lot of unusual circumstances, we do have two homes, interest and dividends, disability income, etc, and with all that, from beginning to end, only took me just over an hour to do the necessary data entry, and file my taxes electronically. I don't dread doing my taxes!
What's great about it: Love the easy importing of prior years, Also the comparison from prior years assures I haven't missed anything.
What's not so great: none

Taxes in less than an hour!

This is the 2nd time I've used Turbo Tax and I was so pleased to find out that many of the items from my previous return were just imported over... what a time saving! I love the easy step-by-step process. My taxes are pretty basic, but it's nice to know all I have to do is answer a few questions, make a few entries and e-file... it's that easy!
What's great about it: easy, clear, thorough, detailed, explanatory
What's not so great: can't think of any

printing returns

I have used turbo tax for years & years. For the last 2 years when i go to "preview print copy" it gives me the message "it looks like you don't have a PDF reader".
I not only have Adobe PDF reader, i have the latest version. However, turbo tax for some reason cannot recognize that I do. I wish TT would get this problem straightened out.

Easy and to the point

I have used TurboTax since the tax year 2008. I have not be disappointed in the product in any manner. I do not feel that I have missed any opportunities for refunds during this period.
What's great about it: Asked questions that were pertinent and had detailed explanations.
