Didn't Even Break a Sweat!

Even if you are not familiar with the world of income taxes, this system takes you step by step through a very thorough process. It is probably the easiest, most thorough and reliable, and reasonably priced way to process you taxes. Thank you TurboTax!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Early on it was when my husband and I had a couple of individual companies and needed Schedule C, now that I'm single, it's a simple Individual. I've never had any problems. We even had an audit a few years ago and we breezed through the audit because all our information was so well organized.

A winner ... and still champion

I've been using it for years. Can't find anything better for the purpose. Then i go to import past info and I can't get away.
What's great about it: The help
What's not so great: awkward too use with small screen (MacBook Air)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Schedule C issue

When I was trying to figure out what I was missing on my schedule C I was frustrated because I couldn't see the entire document as it was written. It's nice to see last year and this year but I needed to see the document. I know there is a place for in home office but I needed to see it in the realm of things and the actual instructions for that. I had to exit and go to IRS.gov to get the instructions for the form. Why don't you have access to this through your program. Not just your take on things but the actual document of instructions.

FANTASTIC HELP WITH MY INCIDENT PROBLEM

I E-FILED STATE AND HAD PROBLEM WITH FED DUE TO ID. BEFORE SENDING CORRECT ID MY COMPUTER CRASHED AND I COULD NOT FIND FILE ANYWHERE. THE JOHNNIE IN CHICAGO HELPED WALKED ME THROUGH MY COMPUTER TO FIND IT. SHE WAS PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, THOROUGH AND ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!
What's great about it: BEEN WITH TURBO TAX SINCE 2000 AND IT IS GREAT
What's not so great: NONE

No e-file?!?!

When I attempted to download this suggested update, TT said I had all the updates. So, now I have to file by mail. E-filing is the primary reason I purchase TT.
What's great about it: easy to complete
What's not so great: for 2 weeks, TT has been telling me I can't e-file until I download an update.
