I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR 8 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY. CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHEN I'VE NEEDED IT, WAS THERE TO HELP AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS I HAD CORRECTLY.
What's great about it: THE EASE OF FILING & FIGURING OUT WHAT I QUALIFY FOR
What's not so great: TOOK A LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD UPDATES & STATE FORMS

Really Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Next year will be my first while I am retired and on social security. I hope it helps me through tax process.
What's great about it: Step by step walkthrough

Continued Happiness Doing Taxes

Would prefer to have a state e-file included in the original price instead of paying again. For years I struggled through tax time going through all of the info I save during the year. Once I found Turbotax, tax time is so much easier.
What's great about it: So easy to just answer simple questions.
What's not so great: Having to pay for the state e-file

I have used Turbo tax for our taxes for the past 6 or 7 years. Once I have all of my required paperwork it is as easy as enter and click.
