Bugs made this a very frustrating experience

I have used turbotax for 5 years now with no problems, but this year I have spent hours trying to get through layers of problems with the final review section. Things keep showing up that I did not enter and there is no help online. I will be switching to a different software for my taxes next year.
What's great about it: none

I was never was he one to do my own taxes until started using Turbo Tax. Two words simple and easy try it.

No Refund BUT Great Program

We weren't expecting any refund this year anyway, and TurboTax made that much less painful. Easy to enter data and easy to get to explanations. Almost....should I say it....fun!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, forms that I didn't expect to be there were actually there, and great support.
What's not so great: Hmmm, can't think of any. Ah! Hate the AMT.

Need more of how for the older people who are not as fast and computer smart as the younger people.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Once u go to print, prior to sending nothing tells u how to get back to file???

Always takes me awhile

Generally a good product but it seems every year it takes me a while to understand the correct way to enter something. A few years ago it was the HSA and this year it was an IRA contribution for 2012 that was actually made in 2013.
I'd love to see a feature to help you optimize your withholding for federal and state taxes.
What's great about it: auto load W2 and investments
What's not so great: HSA and Roth conversions always trip me up

I wouldn't do taxes without TurboTax. I've been doing our taxes with TurboTax ever since I took a tax preparation course. The two combined make me comfortable that our taxes are in good hands. As long as we're honest with our entries, TurboTax makes it easy to get everything right.

What's not so great: Uh, nothing!

Worked out just fine. Repeat customer. It is nice to
have last years pertinent information already loaded
into this years tax form; it was real convenient. It was
a breeze to plug in new numbers and information, follow-
ed by a click of the "done" button. Another tax season in
the bag. See ya next year, Turbo Tax.
