I've used this for quite awhile (I don't remember how long I've used Turbo Tax), and I have had great results in the past.
What's great about it: The CD is easy to follow.
What's not so great: I've had terrible luck with the downloaded version.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Here it is March 15, and the message said the State sales Tax issue should be resolved by 12/31/'13!!! It took me a while to find that I needed to do a manual up-grade to get the State Sales Tax to work.
What's not so great: I was surprised that the disc did not up-date when I loaded it.

Always has been the simplest way to file retrurns

Always ( over 15 years) has been the simplest way to file returns. I have tried other types but TT is the easiest for me to use and understand.
What's great about it: checks and questions when making wrong entries

I've been using turbotax for many years and I love using it. I occasionally think about trying a different program, but always go back because of it's reliability and ease of use. Keep up the good work.
