I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years. I wish I had started it sooner!
What's great about it: walking threw everything
What's not so great: having to scroll all the way down to the next area after all the previous ones are completed

Every year it gets easier!

Every year it gets easier to file using Turbo Tax. Either I'm getting use to your flow or my returns are getting easier.
What's great about it: Your logical flow and ability to compare to last years filing as you proceed.
What's not so great: I must have missed the prompt to look for software updates. Did it on my own half way through the process.

Easy and Fun

This program is so easy. It finds me the most money that I can get. It walks me through everything just to make sure that I do not miss anything.
This program is so fun because you see the refund going up ever time you enter information. Before I hit the continue button, I say to myself "show me the money".

Great software

Appreciate that last year's data was imported into the return. I used this to file schedule c for my business as well.
What's great about it: great helps included
What's not so great: tax preparation isn't fun but at least this makes it easier

Great product

Turbo Tax is a good product. I have been using it form many years.
What's great about it: Turbo tax asked the questions and then filled out the complicated forms quickly and easily
What's not so great: The charges to file the state return electronically
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
