The Turbo Tax program asks lots of questions to make sure I enter all the necessary information. The donation listing allowed me to list all my items with ease.

It Just Gets Better!

TurboTax have succeeded where Obamacare has failed! With each passing year, the returns are filed with much more ease than the one previously filed. The fact that they assist/walk you through every step of the process, ensuring you leave no stone unturned is equally amazing as it is helpful. Until next year!

Search Function

Search function is not adequate. For example, seraching for "qualitfied dividends" results in a null response even thought the term is on tax forms and worksheets. I'd like to be able to locate a worksheet or form using search. A more google like search function would be very useful.

E-filing does not work on Mac OS 10.6.8

When E-filing, TurboTax asks you to update software in the TurboTax Menu. When you select update software, it tells you that there is no update available.
You are paying for "free" e-filing that does not work, at least for Mac OS X 10.6.8.

My Problems with Tuurbo Tax

I have trouble reviewing some of the so called corrections I need to make. It takes a lot of time to sort this all out. The WHOLE SYSTEM NEEDS STREAMLINING AND A GOOD REPAIR.
The principle is great.but I have no need to spend so much time trying to figure things out.
Pls simplify language , connections to Fidelity and others and make more humans accessable to assistance. The Q&A's do not cover most of my q's

been doing turbo tax for 10 years and wouldn't change. Updates from last years forms and provides continuity. Great product. Love the free e-file.
