Easy to follow instructions, everything is lined out for you. All you need is the paperwork to input your dollar amounts
What's great about it: excellent way to file taxes
What's not so great: nothing to dislike
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2. Provide all invisible Tax forms automatically
3. Step by step, you won't miss any chances to get the maximal money back
4. E file is simple, fast, and safe to send your tax documents to federal and state agencies and get your returns fast and safe

I continue to use TurboTax year after year because it's easy, avoids cost of tax preparation services and my refund is maximized.

Didn't transfer income to city return

Income showed up as "$0" under city return. Additionally, there was no box in which to enter total income under the city return.
What's great about it: found credits that I didn't know I would get

Once I figured out how to get started the process was quick and easy.
What's great about it: Easy to work
What's not so great: Instructions once the CD is entered into the computer are lacking for "non computer people"
