Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and I love it!! Very easy to use and I get my return quickly!! I look forward to using it again and again!
What's great about it: Asks questions that are easy to answer!
What's not so great: Only comes with one free state

Love Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo tax for years and I love it. One year it saved me from paying because it found a bad debt write off that I missed
What's great about it: Easy and step by step, loads previous years information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Hard to get started, but so easy to finish

It was hard to get motivated to do the taxes this year (I had some unusual circumstances in 2013), but once I installed the software and walked through the screens it went quick and easy! Even the unusual circumstances...

I like how the software can incorporate the previous years return however sometimes making a change for the current year leads to a question loop that can be annoying. But again this is much better than doing the calculations by hand. The ease of operation and neatly organized presentation of the tax documents are greatly appreciated
What's great about it: Overall simple to use and very intuitive. My fifncial situation is pretty straightforward and not terribly complicated,
What's not so great: Sometimes items found in the review that require correcting didn't come up during the initial review.

its deductible

Its Deductible does not function under VISTA operating system using (latest) Microsoft Internet Explorer 9. It previously had worked (previous tax years).

Makes life so much easier!

I had to use a different computer this year and my previous Turbo tax years were not available. I would like to be able to download the whole thing on a cd and file it with my printed copies. If this IS available, I don't know how to do it. I love TurboTax and wouldn't know how to live without it come tax time!!!I have used another product along time ago, and was not satisfied.
What's great about it: Helps me remember things I may have forgotten
What's not so great: I wish they had an easy way to move the previous records to other computer
