The on-line help has never been useful to me. It seems to go into limbo. The audit function is interesting, because it always tells me I'm not at risk. Yet in 2012 I had a full audit of my 2009 taxes. I sailed thru on my own within 30 days and no issues. The IRS agent handing my case told me because I had all records in detailed order and promptly responded it was a very easy case.
Base on my CON comment, I would like to see the reference in help expanded in plain language ease.

What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Would like greate explanation when using help feature. Maybe a link to the IRS document and paragraph.

This is our third year using Turbo Tax to file our return and the process could not be any better. When we started we had the usual jitters and concerns that we may not be able to get all of our deductions. However, the way Turbo Tax walks you through the process we have been completely satisfied and confident we received every cent we were due each year.
The filing process is also quick and easy with the opportunity to protect your filing and to receive your return both Federal and State in record time. My recommendation to you is get it! use it! and get it done!

What's great about it: very detailed, easy to use and very through.

What's great about it: had my 10 year old grand daughter work with it too.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast, concise, and for the most part easy. Some areas leave one wondering if the issue is addressed, in the end all appears to be included, addressed, and in the interest of the preparer. One must have some faith and see the whole process through before questioning them selves. Corrections, additions, and deletions can be made right up to the time it it emailed to the IRS. Sharing the program with family or preparing returns for them will cut the cost of the program even more.
What's great about it: Covers all areas for a complete return
What's not so great: some instructions are difficult to understand at a lay person's level

I LIKE USING FORMS VIEW & JUMPING IN AND OUT OF THE INTERVIEW MODE, IS QUICK AND INTUITIVE. NO COMPLAINTS, I'VE ALSO USED PRO SERIES IN THE PAST, AND LIKE HOW THE 1040 MAPS OUT TO SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, MUCH THE WAY PRO SERIES DOES - GOOD JOB!
What's great about it: I LIKED HOW YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO COMPLETE THE INTERVIEW STEP FOR STEP

Another Year Of Turbo Tax

As always, for the past 7 years, Turbo Tax has been a VERY beneficial tool in preparing our federal and state income taxes.
What's great about it: User friendly, easy to follow layout.
What's not so great: Cost online versus in store, varied by $20.00

It's in the bag!

I must say, I started attending a University last year and work full time and help support my parents while they get back on their feet. In short I work hard for my money and want as much back as I can get. I was really surprised when I saw how much I got back this time! I can't thank Turbo Tax enough! Thank you Inuit!
What's great about it: Quick, secure, and the biggest refund I got yet! xD
What's not so great: None off the top of my head.
