Great Experience Again!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Easy to use; comprehensive; simple
What's not so great: Streamline path based on previous years returns; one free state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

If you must file taxes, this is the way to go

I have been using TurboTax for decades. I do 4-6 Federal returns (+ state) each year between personal, grown kids, trust & business. They have yet to disappoint me by missing something or allowing an error to go uncaught. I have used the community forum as well, and it can be very helpful if you have a question.
What's great about it: easy to follow, well-organized, hunts for deductions, easy access to the actual forms
What's not so great: getting pricey, IMO
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy To Use

Easy to use with step by step prompts. Allows adding supporting details. Ability to import from Quicken and financial institutions saves time and insures accuracy. Filing and direct deposit of refund is a breeze.
What's great about it: Import capability with Quicken and financial institutions
What's not so great: Some confusion amending prior year returns.

A few problems for ministers

I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can remember. I have been in the ministry for nine years now and just discovered this year that there are a couple of small changes that need to be taken in order to save me a little more in my taxes. I am really wrestling with whether to do them by hand next year or just give up the savings for the ease of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I really enjoy the ease and how quick I can get my taxes done with Turbo Tax
What's not so great: I discovered this year that there are a couple changes that need to be made to really help ministers save a little more

Gets the job done

I've been using TurboTax for several years now. I remember doing it by hand, and I'll never go back. TurboTax has all the forms, allows me to back up and correct or revise, constantly checks my return, and can be finished in just a few (10-15 over several days) hours. I have gotten online and phone help in the past, though I didn't need it this year.
What's great about it: Led me by hand through everything
What's not so great: One hang-up on validation easily fixed.

Make It Quick

It could be me however I think it takes such a long time to go throught all the questions. Some things that did not pertain to me I still had to review them rather then being able to skipt them. Overall I lke turbo tax because it is accurate according to what you post.
What's great about it: Very detailed
What's not so great: Takes to long to review everything

I was a licensed/bonded Tax Practitioner for over 25 years, now that I am retired, i am not for the family, I use this program for the family and personal returns.
What's great about it: fast and easy to follow
What's not so great: none that I could detect

HSA Disaster

Because of the HSA bug, I could not file an electronic return because I had to override the error.
What's great about it: I've been using TT for many years, this year was not good.
What's not so great: HSA Employers contribution doubled even tho W2 was correct.
