Should be better

Too cumbersome when reviewing the info previously completed as to turning pages one by one, too many scrolls.

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for years, and it's never failed me. I highly recommend this product.

You can do your taxes with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for about six or seven years. Each year they seem to make it easier to use. You have to gather all your data no matter how you do your taxes. All you have to do is read the instructions and enter your data and a lot of it can be down loaded directly from the sources over the internet. The program puts it all in the right places for you.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: scary the first time you do it
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Super Intuitive Taxes

I can't think of a reason anyone would rather go to a tax repairer's office as opposed to working in the comfort of your own home where you have access to all of those forms and files you typically didn't take to the tax office the first or second trip.
My guess is that when you go to a tax professional, he/she is just using Turbo Tax and then charging you more.
Great product...I'll continue with it for years to come!

Excellent, very helpful and thorough

Very easy to use and helpful with deductions. Used for years now and better than other brands.
What's great about it: Guides through all deductions very thoroughly
What's not so great: Got stuck in dependent section which was confusing
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

This is my 16th year of using TurboTax. It just gets easier and easier to use.
The double checking and ease of making changes make me confident that I have filed my taxes correctly.
The auto downloads from financial institutions ensure there are no errors on my part.

no provision for long term deceased spouse (single parent not devorsed) . We could claim her but she is ashes on a table!
