I liked it though since it was my first time using Turbo Tax, it took a bit longer than expected. I did like the fact that it educated me along the way.
What's great about it: good answers to questions
What's not so great: sometimes couldn't fine exact answer to questions on deductions

Pretty Good...but

My taxes are of medium complexity and the cost of turbotax is significantly less than that of a professional tax preparation agency. Instructions are generally easy to follow and walk through is good. Some areas, i.e., adding 1099's could stand some extra clarification. I got stuck in a do loop for awhile in the 1099 G when I only had one and wanted to move on to a 1099 R. Instructions on how to handle IRA, i.e. Form 5498 are non existent. This program is, however, clearly superior to the closest competition. Biggest complaint is with additional charges...much like the airlines would take significantly less grief if they included luggage charges in the cost of the ticket, turbotax would take less grief if they included the cost of State e-file in the cost of the program.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use, good advice, good instructions, very few areas where I was unclear on what to do next
What's not so great: Need to include cost of state e-file in price of program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is TurboEasy

I have used TurboTax for several years. The program is quick and easy, provided you have everything you need at hand. Explanations are simple to follow and easily readable.
What's great about it: Easy explanations and help
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file due to an update that wasn't available

This is excellent software and continues to improve with each years iteration.
Look forward to next years to see the additional improvements. Easy to use... Simple to understand with error checking. Awesome!!!

Painless experience for non-complicated taxes

I do not have a lot of complications to my income. TurboTax has allowed me to painlessly file my federal and state taxes. All I need to do is to have all of my documents, and I am able to complete all of the forms in one sitting.
What's great about it: Step by step process; very quick

Fast and Easy

The survey question format is easy to understand. I like the fact that everything is double checked and allows me to override any automatic entry of data if needed.
What's great about it: The screens were much more easy to understand this year.
