Turbo Tax 2013

Would be better if TT selected those tax related items marked in Quicken and just listed them in a window where they could just be selected rather than having to jump back and forth
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use.
What's not so great: Needs better interface with Quicken on Income and Deduction items

I have used turbo tax for a number of years and I find it very user friendly. They walk you through each step and are very thorough. I have been very pleased.

What's great about it: Ther was no need to guess, just follow the steps.

Have liked doing taxes on my own time at home for a fraction of the cost.
What's great about it: Quick and spot on
What's not so great: Hate having to owe but at least I got your program alot cheaper than going somewhere

Downloading Fed and State programs

I've used Turbo Tax since 1986. It's an outstanding tax preparation package. Just need to look at the process for downloading programs from the website. It is not quite that user friendly.
What's great about it: All programs are user friendly and comprehensive
What's not so great: Downloading programs not entirely intuitive

Using Turbo Tax was a good experience. I am a senior and found the Turbo Tax step by step process easy to understand and follow. Thank you for making the experience of filing my taxes as stress fress as possible.
What's great about it: Easy to understand directions. Simple step by step process.
What's not so great: Joke: Federal Income Tax code
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Is Great!

I've used TurboTax for many years. It is very user friendly. I like the way it transfers data from previous returns, etc. and the ease when manual data entry is necessary too. TurboTax is definitely a timesaver.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, Very detailed & fast.
What's not so great: No compaints.

Deductions!!

Overall I am glad that I used turbotax this year. I can't wait to tell my family and friends all about this tax filing service.
What's great about it: I liked that I could prepare my own tax information from the privacy of my home.
What's not so great: I didn't like that all forms were not available.
