Great as always

Taxes are never fun, always work, but TurbiTax sure does help the process
What's great about it: multiple states, rental property, military retirement....
What's not so great: Just have to find time and have all the documents
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy to use and Dependable

Why gamble on the other services and programs when TurboTax is so easy to use, accurate, and reasonably-priced. For me I don't want to take a chance on software otehr than what has served me well for 10+ years.

Turbo Tax Rocks

Easy to use program. Gets you the maximum you can qualify for. Explains why you can't qualify if you can't. Gets you deductions you never would have known about and gets the one that gives you the most $. Turbo Tax rocks!
What's great about it: Make doing and filing my taxes easy. Got deductions I didn't know about

The Ohio state tax was hard to navigate. I attempted to go back to fix something and could never get the correct screen back. I ended up having to go into "forms" and override the numbers.

Simple!

This was my first full year of retirement - no business expenses - and also complicated because of the loss of my partner and all the issues that go with it. Turbo Tax made it easier than I expected and simple to complete.
What's great about it: Made my first retirement taxes easy to calculate!
What's not so great: Short learning curve but not bad...

TurboTax Makes the Intolerable Tolerable

This is my sixth year using TurboTax and I've never had the first problem with the IRS. I can't say the same for the CPAs that used to do my taxes at a much more substantial cost.
What's great about it: I liked using the TurboTax asks You the Questions
What's not so great: None
