Easy to use!

Love this program and it allows me to do my taxes on my own time. No appointment necessary.
What's great about it: Like the way it walks you through all aspects of the return.
What's not so great: I didn't like all the fees that you have to pay at the end to e-file!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Happy with TurboTax

I used to use H$R Tax Cut but TurboTax is way better. With Tax Cut I had problems entering in forms and I don't think it was a thorough as Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax made filing much easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use, efficient, thorough
What's not so great: Long delays waiting for updates before I could file

A Program I can Trust!

I like the fact that you can transfer information from a previous return into a new return so as to save on accuracy and time; as well as the features of downloading information from banks and investment services.
Step by Step friendly so even someone with a non-business degree can follow and do!

Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for years. I like the fact that last year's information automatically comes over to the current year. No need to complete all the personal information again each year. All the explanations of what to put in the answer boxes are very helpful. It is also guaranteed!!
What's great about it: Easy questions, easy to fine assistance

Have used Turbo Tax for years. I will use no other. Beats doing the return long hand or paying someone else to do it.

Long time customer and never been easier. I never have any worries around tax time, just download the software and let the program do all the hard work !!

One problem I had was it could not download one of my financial firms information this year and I had no trouble with it last year from the same firm. Therefore I had to enter it myself.
