I have used Turbo-tax for several years, and the experience has been good every time. The instructions are easy to follow and they walk you through each step.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always felt I have gotten back everything possible.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions needed to get back all you can.
What's not so great: Extra cost to efile state

Took longer than expected

Taxes in general are a lot of red-tape.... just dread the process every year. All n all better that when I used to do it manually.
What's great about it: liked that it asked me questions & autofilled state return
What's not so great: The updates took a while, then the final review did NOT catch a mistake & I had to go back in and do it again.
