This year I had issues

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with no problems at all. For some reason, this year I had issues with the authority level on my computer. I have my computer serviced on a regular basis and nothing had changed. I had to pay the company to help me get past the issue so I could complete my returns. The problem happened when moving from the federal return to the state return. I hope Turbo Tax will fix this problem or I will probably have to find another source in the coming years. In searching for help, I saw that other people had this same issue.
What's great about it: checks for any and all red flags on the return

Excellent Guidance

Ive used Turbotax for several years and each year the improvements make it even more simple and easy to use.
What's great about it: understandable, logical, plain language
What's not so great: difficult to transfer to another computer

Easy going!

Overall this was an easy and stress free process!
What's great about it: Step by step made filing very easy and allowed review and correction without stress.
What's not so great: K1 form removal fi was a little difficult.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellence

Took me about 1 hr. 45 min. to do my taxes this year. Turbo Tax makes it so easy. All I had to do was keep the paper work required and enter the information. Will continue to use Turbo Tax as I have for the past 15 years.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: none that I can think of

Overall, great product and cheap!
What's great about it: easy to use and understand
What's not so great: they could throw in a few examples of situations that apply to your facts and circumstances

What's great about it: Excellent walk-through and easy e-file
What's not so great: In the It's Deductable, it didn't let you add items that were not listed
