This is the 4th year using TurboTax and I have been impressed every year. TurboTax is very easy and very detailed. If I have a question on a section, there is enough information listed to answer my question.

Provides best way to maximize your refund

When I was married, TT was easy for us to use in order to file jointly and now that we are divorced I'm able to identify alimony and other related costs as a single person. Life changes, such as death, divorce, job loss can create difficulties particularly during tax preparation time and TT makes the transition less difficult. Just one thing you don't have to worry as much about when using TT.
What's great about it: Easy guide helps identify areas you'd otherwise miss
What's not so great: Been using TurboTax for many years, no real dislikes

Seems like each year it is easier and quicker to complete my taxes. TurboTax is the best!

Good Tax experience

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have had good experience with them. Doing taxes is always a bit scary, but TT makes it a bit less stressful..
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is always good to use
What's not so great: Getting access to help area was difficult

Great Product

I have used this product for several years. It is great and gets better every year. I had a CPA review 3 years worth of returns and he asked who completed them. He said there where deductions that most people miss. He was impressed.
