I'm done, what's holding up your refund?

Been using this software for years and hope to continue for many more. :)
What's great about it: Great tool, have used this software for years.
What's not so great: This year the software crashed for whatever reason; mid way through. I was able to recover and re-enter the data.

So Fast and Easy

Filing this year was extremely fast and easy. Because I used TurboTax last year it was able to import all of my demographic and dependent information. My company sent my W2 electronically and TurboTax was able to just import that right in as well so I didn't even have to fill in all of the boxes. It even recognized my HSA based on my deductions and walked me through what I thought was going to be a difficult section.
What's great about it: Fast, simple, and very intuitive!

Easy to use, they walk you through each step, if you used it last year, most of your info is in the program on your computer, you will not have to fill everything in each year.
What's great about it: QUICK!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and overall, I'd have to say that I love it! It is easy to use and it is thorough. They make it fun and the software is very helpful. It is a bit expensive, but still worth it, and definitely cheaper than hiring a tax service.
What's great about it: I love how user friendly and quick Turbo Tax is. It is almost like playing a game instead of doing taxes!
What's not so great: Turbo Tax is a bit pricey and they don't always have all of the forms when you need them.

The BEST

I use Turbo Tax year after year. I switched once and regretted it. The price is right and I love how easy it is. It's terrific when you come back from last year and don't have to type everything in again, it's there! Questions are answered quickly with their resources.
Just Great!
What's great about it: User Interface, Automatic uploads (personal, W2, 1099…)
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is the only way to go. Quick, simple, thorough and inexpensive. Let them find all the deductions, questions to ask and file.
