easier than ever

very happy with the experience. software allows me to work on different areas and come back to finish as my information allowed. really like the auto download from all my work and financial accounts.
What's great about it: evan i could do this without help. takes you through all areas for reporting without my having to research and find for

GREAT PRODUCT FOR TAXES

Great product for the money and it does all the learning and thinking. Al I do is answer questions and type in the numbers.
What's great about it: Makes the task of doing taxes easy.

Made filing Taxes almost painless.

It takes the hassle out of going through a lot of calculations. It's less expensive than going to a tax prep firm. And the filing is quick!
What's great about it: Step by step, I don't have to worry about whether I missed something. Does all the calculations for you
What's not so great: Still time consuming, but it's probably inevitable

although it gives you an option to edit from specific catagories, if you entered something by accident it is not easy to backtrac through the program to correct it.
What's great about it: somewhat easy to use
What's not so great: difficult to get back to edit info

Turbo Tax CD version

Installation driver hung up. I am a busy man and cannot spend long wait for online help. I finally abandoned Windows 7 and fired up my old XP to get it running.
Important suggestion: Put more effort to make it trouble free installation. It is extremely frustrating when it does not install, in my case it hung up forever with no error message.
I love Turbo Tax after successfully installed. Unfortunately I have to experience installation problem almost every year.
What's great about it: Very good and very easy to use once installed
What's not so great: Great pain in installing to my computer
