Easy as always

Great as always............................I like that you can do your taxes at home and on your time.
What's great about it: Its there when you have time to do it and dont have to find a Tax place to go to
What's not so great: Could use clearer guideline on some of the state tax options and medical credits
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Seems to get better each year.
Still have trouble finding certain forms. 1099-B
I wanted a refund check, but I also buy your extra services so after going through those steps find that I cannot get refund check. Something I would have thought you could have told me sooner. If you did tell me I missed it.
all in all I am happy.

What's great about it: Like the majority of the features.
What's not so great: Did not like saying I wanted to receive a refund check only to learn later than I had to give you my bank information.

I had difficulty bringing in my 2012 taxes. I ended up having to enter last year's data. It took me a extra hour to complete.

Disappointed with this year's edition

Questions on retirement earnings were hard to understand.
The e-filing portion did not work. We tried 3 times. We are not sure if our credit card was charged for the state e-filing, which did not work either.
What's great about it: Transferred info from last year's filing
What's not so great: Couldn't efile. No reason given
