Very simple to use believe this is my fifth year.

Turbo Tax is a simply way to do your taxes. if you dont have a piece of info you can save and come back later. For your second year it transfers info so that is nice.

Software easy to use.

This is my first year with TurboTax after many years with tax cut. I thought Turbo tax was easier to use and flowed more logically.
What's great about it: Software easy to use. It grouped the gambling income and deduction together to make the flow more logical than other sof
What's not so great: None really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Too many years to count

I have been using this product for more years then I care to remember. I am a retired C.P.A. and was doing taxes before this product existed. I stopped preparing taxes professionally in 1986. This product has made it easy to prepare an accurate return and get all the information without spending a lot of time keeping up with tax changes. It seems that each year going through the step by step for my returns (Federal, State, and City) has gotten smoother and less confusing. My only complaint is the ads for other services that are mixed in with the step by step questions. That said, I intend to keep using this product and recommending it to friends. This is a tough program to write and I appreciate the job your people are doing.
What's great about it: Easy to use regardless of tax preparation experience
What's not so great: Too many ads for other services

It saves me money at the beginning of the year, Christmas is usually an expensive time for all so by using Turbo Tax I can do my taxes myself and save from paying someone to do them for me. We do not own a business but for what we do have it gets us the max refund back. It is also fast and easy plus you can file right from your computer for free. Guess it does everything it advertises when it comes to our life. Thanks.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step. Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Still never get enough back

Number One Return Software

This is the best tax software I have ever used - but be prepared before you start. Use the step-by-step, have all your paperwork on hand, minimize distractions, and you will have a return done is under 2 hours. I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and have never had a problem with any portion of the software, from loading to filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, no guess work reguired.
What's not so great: Finding forms can be challenging
