"Turbo Tax Rocks"

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out, and I have always been satisfied with the results, weather I owe or receive a refund. Turbo Tax makes it too easy to prepare your taxes at a fraction of the cost to have them professionally prepared. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Everything about it.
What's not so great: There are no cons, this software (program) is super.

Over all it seemed like it took very little time to do taxes this year. There were a few changes that I wouldn't have been aware of without Turbo Tax, that helped me get a little more state tax return.
I did think that it would have been better if I only would have had to type in my name and address once.

What's great about it: Clear questions, explantions were helpful, and easy to understand

Always Dependable

Have been using TurboTax Deluxe with State for many years. Would never switch. Works perfectly and well worth the cost to have problem free self prepared tax returns for Federal and State.
What's great about it: Works perfectly every year. Imports all information from previous years.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program was easy to use - I only use TurboTax now used another companies once and it was not as user friendly as TurboTax.

Taxes for the Timid

Are you really deciding what software to use for filing your own income taxes? Child, please! TurboTax is the most well-known and highly rated tax-reporting software on the market for good reason: it delivers. I am no "tax whiz", believe me. Truth be told, I would rather have a root canal. TurboTax makes the process so unbelievably easy that I feel confident filing on my own, when in years past, I would either ask my Mom for help (thanks, Mom!), or pay someone to do it for me. No longer! I am empowered and in control of my own income tax destiny.

this is my 7th year using Turbo Tax and I love how user friendly the programs have been- looking forward to using it again next year.
What's great about it: loved the easy way I was helped all through the program- very easy to understand!
What's not so great: don't really have anything I didn't like about the program
