Easy as Pi

Have used Turbo Tax for Years and always a good experience.
I always get my refund very quickly and the returns are always accurate what else can you ask for

I did my son taxes first with him as head of house hold and then later as single. As head of household turbotax properly asked about college deductions. But when I change the filing status to single, the turbotax review did not catch the fact that College education are not deductible for single person.
What's great about it: Easy to using
What's not so great: TuroboTax did not catch college edit deduction

turbo tax 2013

Had to put a 3 diget code for the wife and myself. The phone number to call was totally confusing. Also e-file put a screen on my computer that I still cannot get rid of. Finally printed documents and filed via regular mail. Digusting.
What's great about it: Much improve over previous years.
What's not so great: ending with e-file.

Fantastic Every Year

Have been using Turbo Tax since I was old enough to file for my tax returns. As the first American in my family, Turbo Tax has been there for me helping me file taxes. They are just excellent help all around. Recommend it whole heartedly.
What's great about it: Well explained and easy to follow
What's not so great: Long process
